Access, Registration & License

All users must engage responsibly on the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination or content removal without notice.

No illegal activity, hacking, fraud, or distribution of counterfeit software.
No Harmful Content
Content promoting violence, hate speech, harassment, or bullying is strictly prohibited.
No Spam or Scams
Repetitive, untargeted posts or content designed to trick others for financial gain are not allowed.
Privacy & Identity
Respect others' privacy. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly forbidden.
Intellectual Property, Communications & Feedback
Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including trademarks, logos, audio/video files, design, layout, and software — constitutes Creator's Intellectual Property and is protected by applicable IP laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Public Forums & Feedback
Participation in Public Forums is optional. Any Learner Content you post grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, and distribute it worldwide.
Similarly, any Feedback you submit grants us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it into the Platform or Content.
Payments, Disclaimer & Liability
Payments & Refunds
Content fees are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store sensitive payment information. Once purchased, access cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or freedom from viruses or harmful components.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
The Creator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Third-party links on the Platform are not endorsed by the Creator. Use of linked sites is at your own risk.
Governing Law, Amendments & Contact
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Creator's home jurisdiction. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Creator's home jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. This Agreement is non-assignable by you. Unenforceable provisions will be limited to the minimum extent necessary.
